PBR Material - Concrete Industrial Tiles

In this Piece I`m bringing some theory into practice.
Past week I have been watching, reading and studying some articles and tutorials mainly from youtube, google and here in artstation.
The week has been very productive and instructive and I feel I have learned a tons of new procedures.
